雷公藤多甙与硝苯吡啶治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the efficacy of tripterygium glycoside and nifedipine on children with purpura nephritis

目的 观察和评价雷公藤多甙与硝苯吡啶治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。 方法 将确诊为紫癜性肾炎的 47例患儿随机分为加用雷公藤多甙与硝苯吡啶治疗组 2 2例及仅予常规治疗的对照组 2 5例 ,两组分别按预定方案治疗后作临床疗效比较。 结果 加用雷公藤多甙与硝苯吡啶治疗组治疗的总有效率 95 .4% ,明显高于对照组总有效率 60 % (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 雷公藤多甙与硝苯吡啶治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎临床疗效可靠 ,有一定的临床价值 ,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tripterygium glycoside and Nifedipine for treatment of children with purpura nephritis. Methods The 47 children diagnosed as purpura nephritis were randomly divided into treatment group consisted of 22 patients treated with Tripterygium glycoside and nefidipine and control group consisted of 25 patients. Results The total infection rate in the treatment group was 5.4% and significant higher than that of the control group of 60.0% (P<0.01). Conclusion The efficacy of Tripterygium glycoside and nifedipine are reliable and is recommended for treatment of patients with purpura nephritis.
