摘要
对我国足球产业现状进行分析,找出中国足球产业发展坎坷的重要原因即产权关系不明确,主要表现为:俱乐部内部产权模糊;联赛所有权归属错位。对策主要是明确各俱乐部的产权;改革中国足协性质,将其彻底的变革为行业协会,明确我国足球联赛所有权。
Through analyzing conditions of Chinese football industry,we can find that the reason of difficulties in Chinese football industry's development is that clubs' inner property right is ambiguous and the adscription of league's ownership is incorrect.Countermeasure mainly is that clubs' property right should be made certain,and Chinese Football Association must transform its property to be a guild and confirm League's ownership.
