摘要
针对我国尚没有建立完善的教师职业能力标准,解读美国《中小学体育教师职业能力标准》,旨为我国制订专门的体育教师准入制度及职业标准提供参考依据。
Because my country have not built perfect standards for teacher's capacity.This paper analyzes the characteristics of Standards for USA Initial Programs in P.E.Teacher's Education in order to establish a special entrance policy and give reference as to profession standards for physical education teachers.
