摘要 以α-乙酰基-γ-丁內酯为原料,经氯化、开环、脱羧、酯化和硫氢化钠的亲核取代合成3-巯基-4-氧代戊基乙酸酯,含量97%,总收率为75%。对它的合成机理进行了初步探讨。 3-Mercapto-4oxoqentyl acetate was synthesized from α-acetyl-γ-butanolide by chlorization 、cleavage of ring 、decarboxylation、esterification and nucleophilic subtituent of sodium sulfhydride ,the purity reaches 97%,the overall yield is 75%。The compound is an important intermediate in synthesizing Vitamin B_ 1。Its synthetic mechanism was proposed in the essay.
