摘要
研究了硫酸铝催化柠檬醛和1,2-丙二醇的缩醛化反应,考察醇酸用量比、催化剂用量、反应温度及时间对反应结果的影响.当柠檬醛和1,2-丙二醇用量均为0.10mol,Al2(SO4)3*18H2O10 g/mol,加入18 ml 环己烷,在94~102 ℃温度范围内回流分水2.5h,获得缩醛的收率可为85.3%,且使用该催化剂具有易分离、操作简单、产品质量好的特点.
The acetalization of citral with 1,2-propanediol by using alumium sulfate was reported.The influence of alcohol/acid molar ratio,catalyst amount,reaction tempareture,reaction time were investigated The results showed that the yield of the acetal reaches 85.3% when citral 0.10mol ,1,2-propanediol 0.10mol,and Al_ 2(SO_ 4)_ 3 18H_ 2O 10g/mol,and 18ml cyclohexanne mixtures areheated and stirred for 2.5h at 94~102 ℃.This method takes the advantages of simple operation,mild reaction conditions,high purity and yield of the product.
