摘要
目的 :探讨穿琥宁注射液致血小板减少的原因 ,以供临床参考。方法 :对 1 999年～ 2 0 0 2年文献报道的穿琥宁注射液致血小板减少 6 6例进行回顾性分析。结果 :患者静脉滴注穿琥宁注射液 7d左右发生血小板减少 ,当停用穿琥宁采取临床观察或对症支持治疗后 ,患者血小板 7d～ 30d回升至正常。结论 :穿琥宁注射液致血小板减少的因果关系肯定 ,单独用药或合并用药均可引起血小板减少。建议对用药 5d以上的患者定期监测血小板计数 ,以减轻不良反应的危害。
OBJECTIVE: To study the reasons for TCP caused by andrographolide injection. METHODS:66 cases with TCP caused by andrographolide injection reported during the year 1999～2002 were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS : TCP occurred when the patients were intravenously injected andrographolide for 7 days, but when stopping injecting the drug and carrying out clinical observation or supportive treatment according to their symptoms, the patients' TCP returned to the normal level in 7～30 days. CONCLUSION: Causality of TCP caused by andrographolide injection is confirmative. Either single drug or combined drug use will cause TCP. It is suggested that patients should test their blood platelet count regularly after using this drug for more than 5 days, in order to reduce adverse reactions.
