污水土地快速渗滤处理的应用前景

土地快速渗滤是经济、节能的污水处理新技术。我国环境保护在城市污水处理的技术政策是:“城市污水处理,应推行污水处理厂与氧化塘、土地处理系统相结合的政策”,“在有条件的地区,应积极推广各种类型的土地处理系统的工程技术”。就我国近期的财力和物力条件,大范围推广二级处理是有困难的。土地快速渗滤处理与二级处理相比,就投资、电耗,成本而言,分别是后者的25％～40％、10％～20％和15％～25％,即使包括占地费在内的总费用,在一定地价范围内,也优于二级处理。

It is very difficult to popularize the secondary treatment on a large scale according to China's current economic and technical conditions. Compared with the secondary treatment, the wastewater land treatment systems, or LTTs, are superior in that its investment, power consumption and costs are 25—40％, 10—20％, and 15—25％ of the secondary treatment respectively.
