狗急性梗阻性脑积水模型的建立及其特征 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高急性脑积水病理生理学和治疗措施有效性的研究,2004年4~6月,我们通过手术注入氰基丙烯酸脂凝胶闭塞大脑水管后部、第四脑室诱导建立急性梗阻性脑积水成年狗的模型.这种模型的特征是阻塞病灶大小为同一尺寸,并可在一系列动物中重复.另外,狗脑的大小能允许使用已规定的适用于患者的治疗和诊断技术.
