茶叶中多种元素测定与茶叶污染剖析

Multielements Determination of Tea and the Pollution Effect of Some Elements

本文用等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了若干种茶叶中Ca、Mg、Al、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Ni、B、V等12种元素的含量,并就其在茶汤中的浸出状况进行了分析;从环境污染的角度探讨了茶叶中有害元素的来源及对人体健康的影响。

The contents of twelve elements (Ca, Mg, Al, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Ni, B, V)in some kinds of tea were determined by ICP-AES, and their dissolving status in tea infusions were also analysed. The source of some harmful elements such as Pb, Cd, Ni in tea and the effects of them on human health had been discussed in view of environmental pollution.
