摘要
骨钙素是成骨细胞分泌的骨蛋白 ,骨钙素水平与成骨细胞活性成正相关 ,是一项很好的反映骨形成与骨转化的生化指标。小儿骨生长发育有自身特点 ,骨钙素水平的改变类似儿童身高生长曲线 。
Osteocalcin(OC)is a bone gla protein secreted by osteoblast. The level of osteocalcin is positively associated with activity of osteoblast. It has been considered to be a good marker for bone formation and turnover. The children's growth and development have their own special characteristics. Change in OC level is corresponding to children's height growth curve. So osteocalcin level is a useful marker to estimate growth and development of normal children and evaluate therapeutic effect on children with degrowth.
