摘要 TORCH是对优生危害最大的病原微生物 ,尤其是孕妇的原发性和活动性感染会导致胎儿的先天性感染 ,并引起严重后果 ,因此TORCH的检测尤为重要 ,该文论述了目前TORCH检测的主要方法以及各种方法的特点。TORCH检测的方法主要有病原学、核酸、血清学检查 ,其中PCR、ELISA是目前最常用的两种方法 ,近年发展了一些改良方式。蛋白质芯片检测技术作为一门新型技术因其特有的优势 。 TORCH group infections are the most serious infectious disease during pregnancy, especially primary and recurrent infections in pregnancy can lead to possible embryo-fetal congenital infections and then cause serious consequences. Therefore, the detection of TORCH is of great significance. This review introduced new detection methods for TORCH group infections and their characteristics. The methodology of TORCH detection includes etiological examination, nucleic acid examination and serological examination, of which polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and enzyme immunoassay are two commonly used methods. For recent years, some improved methods have been developed. Protein microarray as a new type technique, exerts its important roles in the detection of TORCH group infections because of its specific advantages.
