断流联合自体脾静脉游离移植的肠腔分流术治疗门脉高压症

PORTAL HYPERTENSION TREATED BY COMBINED PERICARDIAL DEVOSCULARIZATION AND HGRAFT MESOCAVAL VENOUS ANASTUMOSIS ON MAKING USE OPDISSOCIATIVE TRANSPLANTATION OF SELF-BODY SPLENIS VEIN

目的 探讨断流加自体脾静脉游离移植肠——腔静脉“H”架桥分流术治疗门静脉高压症的价值。方法 回顾性分析 2 0 0 2年 10月～ 2 0 0 3年 12月间完成的 9例病例资料及随访资料。结果 断流联合自体脾静脉游离移植肠～腔静脉架桥分流 8例 ,门～腔静脉架桥分流 1例。无手术死亡病例 ,术后食道静曲张消失 5例 ,明显好转 4例 ,随访 3～ 14月 ,分流道均通畅。结论 该联合术式近期效果理想 ,具有创伤小 ,不需要抗凝 ,费用低廉等优点 。

Objective The paper has probed into the value on making use of dissociative transplantation of self-body splenic vein to treat portal hypertewnsion with cut off and bridging diversion in superior mesenteric vein-interior vena cava combined.Methods To look back,the paper has aimed at analyzing the intormation from the accomplished 9 cases from Oct,2002 to dec.2003.Result 8 cases were treated with cut off and self-body splenic vein transplantation combined for superior mesenteric vein-interior vena cava diversion and one case treated with portal vein diversion.Successful without death from surgery failure and after surgery the esophageal varicosis has completely been cured.According to the information from visit at random for 3～14 months,the diversion channels have been smooth and unobstructed.Conclusion The jointed surgery pattern has been ideal and comparing it with other jointed surgeries it is worthy of further researching and probing into for its advantages such as less wound,no necessary for anticoagulation,cost low,etc.
