溶酶体组织蛋白酶B在小鼠病毒性心肌炎心肌组织中的表达 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究Balb/c小鼠病毒性心肌炎心肌组织溶酶体组织蛋白酶B的表达。方法 采用免疫组织化学技术和RT-PCR技术检测Balb/c小鼠感染和未感染CVB3m(Nancy株)病毒后心肌组织中d3、d7、d15、d30溶酶体组织蛋白酶B表达。结果 小鼠感染CVB3m病毒后心肌组织中组织蛋白酶B均较正常增高且以d3表达最高,d7次之,d15、d30依次降低。d3、d7、d15与正常比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。心肌组织中组织蛋白酶B的表达增高与心肌损伤程度基本一致。结论 溶酶体组织蛋白酶B在Balb/c小鼠CVB3病毒性心肌炎发病机制中起一定作用。 Objective To study the expression of lysosome cathepsin B in viral myocarditic tissue with coxsackievirus(CVB3) in mice. Methods Balb/c mice were inoculated with CVB3m(Nancy strain). The expression of lysosome cathepsin B in myocardium samples were determined by immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR on the 3rd day, 7th day , 15th day, 30th day post-infection. Results The expression of cathepsin B increased significantly in myocardium sample during the 3rd day, 7th day , 15th day,30th day post infection in Balb/c mice Compared with that of control group respectively(P<0.05) .especially high on 3rd day. The expression of lysosome cathepsin B was consistent with the degree of myocardiai injury. Conclusion The lysosome cathepsin B plays a definite role in the development of viral myocarditis in Balb/c mice.
