摘要
利用人体末梢血中性粒细胞核突检测机体对吸烟的反应程度。不吸烟、偶吸烟和现吸烟三组人群中,在核突阳性细胞率和核突均值二项指标上统计学处理有显著性或非常显著性差异;吸烟量与核突二项指标之间存在明显的剂量-反应关系;吸烟指数与核突阳性细胞率之间存在一定的相关关系,提示吸烟可造成遗传毒性损伤。
The evidence of smoking on cytomor-phologic changes has been shown.These changes are nuclear excrescences in pol-ymorphonuclear leukocytes among 163 male teachers aged 20 years and over.Rate of positive cytologies and arithmetic mean of nuclear excrescences was detected among current-smokers and accidental-smokers and nonsmokers.The result was established that significance and highly significance difference observed by statistical treatment.Relation of dose-resPonse was established between smoking amount and nuclear excrescences number,We believe this study indicates that these cytomorphologic changes are genotoxic effcts.Indices of nuclear excrescences test might be useful in studying smoking induced mutagenesis.
