加强高校档案管理规范建设的思考

Dialectical Reflections on the Consolidation of the Norm for College Archives Management

随着现代科学技术在高校的广泛应用以及高校各项建设的快速发展,已经运行多年的高校档案管理规范的某些原则和标准已明显滞后于管理实践的需要。鉴于此,本文针对高校档案管理中诸如利用社会化、管理综合化、载体电子化等引起的一系列新的矛盾和问题,提出了相应的规范建设思路和方案。

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the colleges of China have also experienced a fast growth in recently years. As a result, some rules of the current norm for college archives management now cannot meet the needs of the changing environment. This thesis makes some suggestions in order to solve the new problems that have been caused by socialized use, comprehensive management and electronic record of college archives.
