本文检测了家庭使用煤球(饼)和煤气为燃料的家庭妇女免疫功能,发现使用煤球的家庭妇女血清IgG量外周血T淋巴细胞活性E花环率以及IL-2诱导活性值均显著低于使用煤气的家庭妇女,血清IgA、M量以及外周血T淋巴细胞总数,T淋巴细胞转化功能,血清总补体量在两组之间差别无显著性。提示室内燃料严重污染使家庭妇女的某些免疫功能受到了影响。

This paPer examined the immune functions in housewives used coal and gas for Cooking.The results showed that Contents of serum IgG,blood IL-2 Produced activity and Percent of T lymphcyte active Ero-sette wete mote significantly inhibited in the housewives using.Coal than those using gas for cooking.No significant difference was noted between the two groups of housewives in Contents of serum IgA and IgM,T lymphocytes toansformation and total E rosette,The results suggested that indoor Pollution from coal combustion could alter some immune functions of housewives.
