炼油污水处理厂废气对职业人群的健康影响

Effects of Waste Gas on the Health of the Exposed Workers in the Sewage Farm of the Petroleum Refinery

探讨长期吸入炼油污水厂废气(硫化氢、石油烃等)对职业人群的健康影响。通过一般调查、毒物监测、体格检查、实验室检查及现场动物暴露试验等做了大量工作。虽然毒物监测的年平均浓度都不超过车间空气中有害物质最高容许浓度规定,但是职业人群的一些检查指标与对照人群比较已经发生了不同程度的改变。

This work has studied the effects of waste gas(hydrogen sulfide,petroleum hydrocarbon,etc)in the sewage farm of the petroleum refinery on the health of the workers exposed to low concentration for a long time.It was showed by field investigation,environmental monitoring,physical examination,and field animal exposure test,that some indexes had changed obviously between the experiment group and control,although annual average concentration of poisons were inferior to their own maximum allowance concentration in the air of plant.
