摘要
通过对三峡船闸通过能力的设计参数和实际参数的比较,分析存在差异的原因;在对日均运行闸次、待闸船舶数量进行量化测算和分析的基础上,对工程措施和交通管理数个方面提出相应的对策和建议。
Through the comparison between the design parameters and real parameters of the navigation capacity of Three Gorges Shiplock, this paper analyzes the reasons of difference between them. Based on the quantitative measurement and analysis of daily average lockage and waiting vessels for lockage, this paper puts forward suggestions to several aspects of engineering measures and transportation management.
