Cypher支架防治支架再狭窄

摘要 冠状动脉支架的问世减少了经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)的急性、亚急性并发症的发生,提高了经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)成功率,同时也降低了PTCA远期再狭窄率.然而,支架本身作为一种异物有致血栓形成和异物反应性,经大规模多中心研究结果显示,再狭窄率仍达22%~32%[1,2],预防和治疗支架再狭窄(Stent Restenosis,SRS)成为目前冠心病介入治疗领域的研究热点,药物洗脱支架(Drug Eluting Stent,DES)的临床应用成为PCI的又一个里程碑.本文简要叙述了支架再狭窄的机制并就CypherTM支架[Sirolimus包被BX Velocity支架(Cordis,Wazzen,美国)]防治SRS的动物实验及临床研究作一综述报道.
