摘要
循环经济是实现可持续发展的新经济模式。本文从分析目前国内国际的环境资源形势出发,论述了发展循环经济是全面建设小康社会的必然选择,同时通过对循环经济理论的探讨和实践经验的总结,提出了发展循环经济的政策建议。
Circling economy is a new economic mode that can realize sustainable development. By analyzing the situations of environment and resources home and abroad at present, this article argues it is necessary to develop recycle economy for building across-the-board well-off society. By summarizing the study and practice experience of circular economy, this article puts forward a political suggestion of developing circular economy.
