摘要
本文试图通过建立需要的相关数学模型,对需要满足、需要关心和外部环境制约等进行分析,从而探讨对于组织成员的需要进行认识和引导的根据。
The purpose of this research is to analyze needs satisfaction, needs consideration and external restriction by setting up the relevant models, leading to the discussion of the foundation of how to discover and induct the needs of members in the organization.
