摘要 目的:改进胡椒中胡椒碱的含量测定方法,完善质量标准。方法:discovery-C18柱;流动相:乙腈-醋酸铵缓冲液(40:60);检测波长343nm。结果:浓度在8-80μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998);回收率为98.85%(n=9)、RSD为0.85%。结论:本法简便、可靠、准确、专属性强。 Objective: To improve a HPLC method for the determination of piperine in pepper and perfect its standard. Method:RP-HPLC was used ,chromatography condition was Discovery-C18 column. acetonitrile-ammonium acetate buffer solution (40 :60) as the mobile phase,and 343 nm as detective wavelength. Results:Piperine and peak area keep a good linearity relation in the content range of 8-80μg/ml(r = 0. 9998). The average recovery was 98. 85% ,RSD = 0. 85%. Conclusion:The method was simple and convenient,accurate and special.
