长横孔与短横孔试块研究

通过对长横孔和短横孔试块对超声波反射规律的研究,得出两种试块并存在一个标准中不合理的观点。通过两种试块加工、使用、对缺陷的模拟和对缺陷评定等方面的比较,并参照国外标准,得出长横孔试块优于短横孔试块的结论。

Based on studying of long-horizontal-hole Test block and shor-thorizontal-hole Test block reflecting ultrasonic wave,coinclusion is made that the two Test blocks mentioned above share a same standard is in unreason.Through comparing the two Test blocks by processing,using,simulating the defects,evaluating the defects,and According to foreign standards for reference coinclusion is made that the long-horizontal-hole Test block is better than short-horizontal-hole one in term of UT.
