子宫粘膜下赘生物宫腔镜下电切除术153例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Hysteroscopic Unipolar Recection in 153 Cases with Sub Mucous Neoplasm

目的 探讨子宫粘膜下赘生物宫腔镜下电切术的疗效、方法以及注意事项。方法 对本科2001年1月～2004年1月共153例粘膜下赘生物采用宫腔镜下电切术患者进行随访观察其疗效。结果 手术平均时间21分钟,平均出血量33ml,术后月经改善的有效率为89.8%(115/128),无手术并发症发生。结论 宫腔镜电切术安全、可靠、损伤小。手术者正确选择病例,具有熟练的手术操作经验及技巧是手术成功及减少术后并发症的关键。

objective To evaluate the way of hysteroscopic unipolar resection and its clinicaleffect and safety. method A total of 153 cases with sub mucous neoplasm were included in this studywho underwent the hysteroscopic unipolar resection from the year 2001 to 2004. The clinical effect andcomplication were reported. Results Mean operation time is 21 minutes with 33ml of mean intraoperativebleeding volume.89.8% patients get improvement after the operation and none experienced complication sofar. Conclusion It is safe and reliable to use hysteroscopic rection when treating patients with submucous neoplasm.
