126例肾损伤诊治体会

An Experience 126 Cases of Renal Trauma

目的 为了提高肾损伤的诊治效果。 方法 回顾分析126例肾损伤的诊治资料。 结果 血尿117例(92.9%);B超检查94例,其中有异常表现77(81.9%);CT检查88例,阳性84例(95.5%);非手术治疗90例(71.4%),手术治疗28例(22.2%),死亡8例(6.3%),104例治愈。 结论 尿液和B超检查快速安全无损伤,CT检查准确率高并能同时了解其它脏器损伤的程度。如果损伤严重,需行外科处理应及时手术探查。是否切除伤肾应以挽救患者生命为前提。

Objective To present an experience with 126 cases of renal trauma .Method 126 casesof renal trauma were retrospectively analysed. Results Hematuria occurred in 117 cases (92.9%).Aberrant findings were observed on ultrasonography in 77 cases out of 94 (81.9%) on CT scan in 84 outof 88 (95.5%).28 patients underwent open operation and 90 treated conservatively. Patients 8(6.3%) diedof shock and coexistant trauma of other organs. The other have been cared. Conclusions Urineinspection and B-ultrasonography weresimple、instant reliable and harmless to the patient. The accuratediagnosis rate is high with CT scanning and is helpful in detecting any coexistent trauma. Surgicalmanagement is indicated in case of severe trauma, prompt laparatomy should undertaken.
