对脑血管意外患者康复训练的研究

Study on the Convalescent Trainings of Patients with Cerebrovascular Accident

目的 对脑血管意外患者进行系统的院内和院外康复训练,促进患者全面康复。方法 对28例脑溢血和39例脑血栓形成患者在住院期间和出院后实施比较系统的功能康复训练,并且应用Barthel指数评分法分别对康复组与对照组的患者在住院期间、出院时及出院3个月的家庭随访中给予评分。结果 脑溢血和脑血栓形成患者康复组和对照组在出院和家庭随访时Barthel指数评分均有明显的改变,康复组的功能改变程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 脑血管意外患者的神经功能康复训练应及早、系统进行,并在出院后家庭中坚持训练才能收到良好的康复效果。

Objective To give the patients with cerebrovascular accident a systemic convalescenttraining during they were in hospital and in their home so as to boost them healing roundly. Method 28patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 39 patients with cerebral thrombosis during they were in and afterhospital were given systemic functional healing trainings.The Barthel index was used to evaluate thepatients of the experimental group and the comparison group during in hospital,leaving hospital and afterthey got home 3 months later respectively. Result The Barthel score of the patients with cerebralhemorrhage and cerebral thrombosis between the experimental group and the comparison group when they wereleaving hospital and at home change significantly.The degree of the functional changing in experimentalgroup higher than the comparison group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The nerve funtion recoveryof the patients with cerebrovascular accident must be done as early as possible and systemically.And thetraings must be hold after the patients leaved the hospital so as they could received general recovery.
