替米沙坦治疗老年性轻中度高血压的临床研究

The Clinical Study of Telmisartan in Theatment of Essential Hypertension of Old-ages

目的 评估替米沙坦治疗老年性轻中度高血压的降压疗效和安全性。方法 以伊贝沙坦为对照药物,在老年性轻中度高血压患者中进行随机、平行、活性对照的临床研究。结果 替米沙坦组患者治疗4周总有效率为58.0%(29/50),降压幅度18.1/15.1mmHg。治疗8周后总有效率替米沙坦组为78.0%(39/50),降压幅度21.1/17.7mmHg。本组患者血尿酸、C-反应蛋白较治疗前明显下降。不良反应率为8.0%和10.9%,主要是面红,头昏及心悸。心率、血生化、肝肾功能无明显变化。结论 替米沙坦降压疗效好,不良反应少,可作为治疗老年性轻中度高血压的一线药物。

Objective To evaluat the effects and safety of Telmisartan in theatment of essentialhypertension of old-ages patients.Methods The random samples,active-controlled study has beenprocessed in the mild to moderate hypertentive patients,and Irbesartan as the control drug .ResultCompared with the control ,Tlelmisartan lawered sitting-blood pressure to 21.1mmHg of systolic pressureand 17.7mmHg of diastoliv pressure after 8 weeks treatment.At the end of the treatment period,the totaleffective rate of telmisartan is 78.0%.For the safety,there are 5 case of adverse events regardedrelatively with telmisartan.Most of them are dizziness,face flushingand and palpitation.There are noteffective changes in blood markers of liver and kindney functions.Conclution Telmisartan well totreated and reduces blood pressure in old-ages patients with mild to moderate hypertension.
