734株念珠菌分型及药敏实验

摘要 目的 鉴定念珠菌细菌型,检测各型念珠菌的药物敏感性。方法 分离念珠菌采用念珠菌显色培养基分型,采用K-B纸片扩散法进行药敏实验。结果 1508份标本培养、鉴定出念珠菌734例(48.7%),其中,白色念珠菌562例(76.5%),热带念珠菌72例(9.8%),克柔氏念珠菌46例(6.3%),光滑念珠菌21例(2.9%),混合感染念珠菌37例(5.1%)。不同型念珠菌对常见抗真菌药物氟康唑、制霉菌素、酮康唑的敏感性依次为:⑴白色念珠菌:96.5%、93.4%、93.8%。⑵热带念珠菌:54.4%、94.1%、43.2%。⑶克柔氏念珠菌:22.1%、93.7%、87.7%。⑷光滑念珠菌:51.3%、93.9%、58.6%。⑸混合感染念珠菌:46.4%、92.8%、63.7%。结论 念珠菌显色培养基可快速鉴定念珠菌细菌型;各型念珠菌的药敏谱存在差异。 Objective To determine the bacterial types and antibiotic susceptivity of Candida .Methods Candida Color medium and Kirby-Bauer Paper flakes diffusion method was be used to do typingand drug sensitivity test of Candida,respectively. Results 734 strains(48.7%) of Candida ,including562 strains(76.5%) of Candida albicans, 72 strains(9.8%) of Candida Tropicalis, 46 strains(6.3%) ofCandida Krusei, 21 strains(2.9%) of Candida Glabrata, 37 strains(5.1%) of mixed infection Candida, wereseparated and identified from 1508 cases of samples. The susceptibility for all kinds types of Candidato 3 antifungal agents of Fluconazole, Nystatin, Ketoconazole was in proper order as: ⑴ The suscepti-bility of Candida albicans was 96.5%、93.4%、93.8%. ⑵ The susceptibility of Candida Tropicalis was54.4%、94.1%、43.2%. ⑶ The susceptibility of Candida Krusei was 22.1%、93.7%、87.7%. ⑷ Thesusceptibility of Candida Glabrata was 51.3%、93.9%、58.6%. ⑸ The susceptibility of mixed infectionCandida was 46.4%、92.8%、63.7%. Conclusion Candida Color medium can be used to identify bacterialtypes of Candida rapidly; There are differences of antibiotic sensitivity spectrum between all kindstypes of Candida.
