加强手术病人安全防护的实施方法

The experience to enhance the safety precautions for operating patients

目的做好手术病人的安全防护,减少术中隐患的发生。方法通过设计使用手术病人接送卡、手术病人核对单、术中护理记录单,建立术中器械的核对制度、手术医嘱核对签名、手术体位摆放规范化的培训等综合措施,保证手术病人的安全。结果手术室重大差错事故发生率为0,医生满意率由84.5%提升到95.5%,病人满意率由78.3%提升到86.5%。结论手术室实施安全防护综合措施能保证病人手术安全,提高护理质量,杜绝差错事故和护理纠纷。

Objective To enhance the safety precautions for operating patients and reduce the potential trouble during operations.Method A series of comprehensive measures were carried out,which including:designing and applying delivery card,checking list,nursing records form during the period of operations,setting up checking rules of operating appliance,signing on the operating orders after checking,standardized training of operating positions,and so on.Result As a result,no severe medical error occurred in the operating room,the satisfaction rate of surgeons raised from 84.5% to 95.5%,and the satisfaction rate of patients raised from 78.3% to 86.5%.Conclusion Carrying out comprehensive safety precautions could ensure the security of operating patients,improve the quality of nursing service and eliminate medical error and nursing dispute.
