摘要
目的 研究甲硝唑前体药物甲硝唑琥珀酸酯在兔体内的药动学特性。方法 用HPLC测定甲硝唑琥珀酸酯在生物样品 中的浓度。结果 血浆中内源性杂质不干扰甲硝唑的测定,血浆中回收率为98.63%,日内和日间RSD分别为2.6%和3.7%, 最低检出浓度为0.1μg·mL-1。结论 甲硝唑琥珀酸酯在兔体内能迅速水解,且不改变甲硝唑原有的药动学特性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacokinetic profile of metronidazole-succinate in rabbits. METHODS: Metronidazole-succinate concentrations were determined by HPLC method. RESULTS: The determination of metronidazole-succinate was not interfered by the impurities in plasma. The recovery of metronidazole in plasma was 98.63%. The precisions of intra-day and inter-day were 2.6% and 3.7% respectively. The limit of detection was 0.1 μg·mL-1. CONCLUSION: Metronidazole-succinate was hydrolyzed into metronidazole in rabbits rapidly. The pharmacokinetic profile of metronizole showed no difference.
