含胍基类肥大细胞类胰蛋白酶抑制剂的特性及功能研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 目的 介绍含胍基类肥大细胞类胰蛋白酶抑制剂的特性及功能研究进展。方法 利用PubMed,Medline,Google Search,JBC-Search,HighWire等软件查阅了国内外的所有相关文献,并对相关内容进行了概括和总结。结果 目前共有5种含胍基化合物被发现具有抑制类胰蛋白酶活性的作用,其中APC2059已经完成了Ⅱ期临床试验。结论 含胍基类肥大细胞类胰蛋白酶抑制剂是一类可望成为临床治疗药物的化合物。
