心脏手术后患者镇静镇痛措施的必要性及护理

The necessity and nursing of postoperative patients with heart disease

目的 :探讨安静休息对于心脏术后患者的必要性。方法 :将 10 0例心脏手术后患者随机分为观察组 ( 4 5例 )和对照组 ( 4 6例 )。观察组患者术后除给予微泵持续镇痛外 ,还加强了身心护理 ,为患者创造良好的自身与外界的安静休息条件。对照组患者术后给予常规镇痛。同时观察两组患者生命体征等相关因素的变化。结果 :将两组患者相关资料进行对比 ,差异有显著意义。结论 :通过护理干预 ,使患者术后处于安静、休息、睡眠的状态 ,有利病情的恢复 ,减少并发症 ,提高手术疗效。

Objective To probe into the necessity of rest to c ardiac postoperative patients. Methods: A total of 100 patients after cardiac operations were divided equally and randomly into observing group and comparative group. The patients in observing group were provided physical an d mental nursing besides accepting constant analgetic and sedative by intravenou s pump. The patients of comparative group only were given common treatment by ta king pain killers. Results: Through contrasting the relative dat a of vital signs and other factors of the patients, there were significant differe nces between 2 groups. Conclusion: By nursing interference, patients in a quiet, sleeping rest state could recover more quickly with the red uced complications and the improved operation effect.
