应用Vacuseal治疗大面积下肢皮肤软组织缺损的护理

目的 :探讨应用Vacuseal治疗大面积下肢皮肤软组织缺损的护理方法。方法 :使用Voeused对 78例下肢大面积皮肤软组织挫伤患者进行治疗和身心护理。结果 :78例患者大面积下肢皮肤软组织缺损全部治愈 ,无全身及局部并发症。其中 ,直接通过Vacuseal治愈 15例 ,采用游离皮瓣关闭 2 6例 ,局部转移皮瓣关闭 2 1例 ,植皮关闭 10例 ,二期缝合 5例。结论 :Vacuseal封闭引流治疗大面积皮肤软组织挫伤缺损是一种简单、有效的治疗方法 ,保持有效的负压引流是护理的关键 。

Objective To investigate the nursing method of tra umatic soft tissue defects which treated by vacuseal. Methods: 7 8 cases of lower limbs wide area skin soft tissue traumatic were treated with va cuseal and psychosomatic nursing. Results: 78 cases were all rec overed with no system and located complications. 15 cases were definitively trea ted with vacuseal; and the wound closure was performed with free flap in 26, wit h local flap in 21, with skin graftingin 10, with secondary suturing in 5. Conclusion: Persistent vacuum sealing aspiration was a simple and eff ective method in treatment of wide area skin soft tissue defects. The key of the nursing procedure was keeping effective vacuum aspiration, and the mental nursi ng and functions exercise guidance should be done well at the same time.
