摘要
脱氢醋酸的工业生产方法有双乙烯酮法和乙酰乙酸乙酯法。通过改变反应条件和催化剂 ,研究了合成脱氢醋酸的最佳反应条件。乙酰乙酸乙酯法合成脱氢醋酸选择碳酸氢钠做催化剂时 ,反应温度要控制在 2 0 0~2 10℃。双乙烯酮法的最佳反应条件是以三乙烯二胺做催化剂 ,用量为 0 3% ,反应温度 4 0℃ ,反应时间 75min ,最高收率为 78 2 % ,所得产品为白色粉末 ,杂质少 ,无醇不溶物。
There are two methods for producing dehydroacetic ac id industrially i.e.diethenone process and ethyl acetoacetate process. The optimum reaction conditions for synthesis of dehydroacetic acid are investigated by cha nging reaction conditions and catalysts. In ethyl acetoacetate process the react ion temperature is controlled at the range of 200~210℃ with sodium bicarbonate as catalyst. For synthesis of dehydroacetic acid by diethenone process using t rivinyl diamine as catalyst the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: reac tion temperature 40℃,reaction time 75 min with catalyst dosage of 0.3%. The y ield of obtained white powdered dehydroacetic acid with less impurity and withou t alcohol non-soluble matter is 78.2%.
