摘要 TCU(牵引控制单元)是德制地铁机车的关键设备。在维修过程中,需要对其进行离线测试,但目前国内尚无配套的TCU测试系统,为此本文实现了一种TCU测试系统,利用PC机及数据采集卡构成虚拟仪器测试平台,实现TCU的离线测试。 TCU (Traction Control Unit) is one of the key equipments of metro locomotives made in Germany. A off-line testing was needed in the maintaining process of TCU. But at present there is no domestic testing system for TCU. So we implement a testing system for TCU. It uses a PC machine and a data acquisition card to build a virtual instrument in order to accomplish the off-line testing of TCU.
