摘要
本文对113头正在泌乳期的西门塔尔牛血清中淀粉酶含量进行了测定。并对乳成份(乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖和水份)进行了分析。对血清中淀粉酶与乳成份之间的关系进行相关分析。相关分析结果:血清淀粉酶与乳成份相关均不显著。
The blood serum amylase contents and milk composition of 113 Simental cow dur-ing lactation was easured in this study in order to analyse the relationships betweenthem. The result showed that there is no ignificant elationships between the bloodserum amylase and milk composition.
