The jailing system by the Tang Dynasty has become considerably systematic and improved, in spite of the prominent similarities with the ancient system. It is historically claimed that the jailing administration of the Tang Dynasty mainly consists of the divisions of detaining, supervision, torturing instrument, penal servitude reporting, security, and prisoner living regulations.
