摘要
本文主要介绍了淮北电网概况、EMS软件的发展和EMS软件在淮北电网的应用性设计、软硬件配置 ,论述了EMS系统的基本功能模块 (网络拓扑分析、状态估计、调度员潮流、负荷预报 )在实际使用中所遇到的一些典型问题及注意事项 。
The development of EMS software and Huai-Bei power ntework is introduced.The basic modules of the system are given and the typical problems are discussed.
