摘要
介绍了专用集成电路SA482 8的主要特点及其采用 80C196KC单片机作为主控单元组成的高频交流调速变频器。采用智能功率模块IPM作为主开关元件 ,整个系统具有完善的保护功能和故障自诊断功能。实验结果表明 ,系统的硬件和软件故障自诊断设计合理 ,工作可靠性高。
A high frequency transducer for AC speed regulating based on PWM IC SA4 828 and SCM80C196KC is proposed .Its main switching element is the IPM(intellige nt power model).Perfect protection and fault self-diagnosis are provided。Experi ment results show that the design of the hardware and software is reliable and s table.
