摘要
介绍了工业生产应用中三种制氮设备技术:深冷法、变压吸附法和膜分离法,对三种工艺技术进行了综合比较。提出了石化企业对制氮设备选型依据。根据石化企业的特点,采用深冷法与非低温组合,可以起到良好的效果。
The text introduces three kinds of methods of made-nitrogen during the industrial production .These are called as deep-cooling method, pressure swing adsorption method and membrane separation method.Having a integrated comparision of three kinds of technology, provides a choice basis for the model of made-nitrogen equipments in Petro-chemical complex. On the basis of the point ,adopting the combination deep cooling method with non-low temperature method,it could be gotton a favorable effect .
