采用变压吸附法提纯苯乙烯生产中含氢尾气制取工业氢、纯氢,采用低温吸附法制取高纯氢、超纯氢。结果表明含氢尾气的回收可以创造极大的经济效益。

Industrial hydrogen,pure hydrogen are produced by residual gas of styrene plant by PSA method,high purity hydrogen and superpurity hydrogen are produced by above hydrogen by low temperature adsorption method. It is shown that the recycling of residual gas can create great economic efficiency.
