王士性对滇云史地的考究

Wang Shixing ’s Accounts and Investigations of History and Geography about Yunnan

作为与徐霞客同时代的一位杰出地理学家 ,王士性曾宦于云南 ,在集其地理学思想之大成的《广志绎》中对滇云史地的考究最详。但学界对王士性在滇的情况研究甚少 ,本文透过王士性对滇云史地的考究 ,试图勾勒出王士性在滇的行迹 ,并得出三个结论 :1、王士性关于云南史地的记载和考究是可信的 ,为明代中后期云南社会生活和地理事象的研究保存了珍贵的史料 ;2、王士性与云南是王士性研究的重要组成部分 ,对更全面地评价王士性对地理学的贡献有着不容忽视的地位和作用 ;3、王士性是历史文化名人 ,王士性与云南研究有助于云南的文化旅游开发和文化大省建设。

This is the first research thesis about Wang Shixing and Yunnan. In this thesis, the author attempts to expound by means of absorbing the academic seniors' achievements, and investigating Wang Shixing' works. It especially makes Yunnan for the foothold to draw the outline of the tracks and contributions of Wang Shixing in Yunnan. Then the author makes three conclusions : 1、The accounts and investigations about Yunnan written by Wang Shixing are credible, and those valuable historical sources will benefit researching the social life and geographical phenomena of Yunnan in the mid-later times of Ming Dynasty ; 2、As an eminent people of China, also as a geographer with the same honors as Xu Xiake, Wang Shixing’s tracks and contributions in Yunnan will benefit the tourism of Yunnan province, and become another tour resources of Yunnan province; 3、The study about Wang Shixing and Yunnan is an important part of Studies of Wang Shixing, and is playing a necessary role in more comprehensively valuing the Wang Shixing’s contributions to geography.
