摘要
以腈纶废丝为原料,水解合成出部分水解聚丙烯腈钠,再以其为接枝底物,以2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵为阳离子化剂进行改性,合成出了阳离子化度为0.09~1.03mmol/g的改性腈纶废丝产品.钻井液性能评价结果表明,所合成出的阳离子化度为0 2~0.5 mml/g的改性腈纶废丝样品,在正电性钻井液中具有较好的抑制性和降滤失作用效果,能较好地保持正电性钻井液体系的电性和流变性特征.
A partially hydrolyzed polyacylonitrde (HPAN) was synthesized by using polyacylonitrde (PAN) waste fiber as raw material, then grafted by 2,3-epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride to prepare cationic modified PAN waste fiber with 0.09 - 1.03 mmol/g of cationic degree. The appraisement of drilling fluid properties showed that the cationic modified PAN waste fiber with 0.2 - 0.5 mmol/g of cationic degree had good effect of repressive and reduced filtrate loss in catholic drilling fluid. It can well retain the electricity and rheologic property of drilling fluid which has positive electricity.
