方丝弓配合平面导板+Ⅱ类颌间牵引治疗安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错合

Flat Bite Plate and Class II Elastic in Edgwise Appliance Therapy on Angle Class II Division

目的 探讨平面导板 +Ⅱ类颌间牵引在方丝弓矫治技术治疗安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错合中的作用。方法 临床评价 18例安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错合患者应用平面导板 +Ⅱ类颌间牵引的疗效 ,并作X线头影测量分析。结果 平面导板 +Ⅱ类颌间牵引能有效地打开深覆合 ,使上下颌磨牙显著升高 ,从而改善面下 1/ 3高度 ,并能诱导下颌向前移动 ,改善下颌后缩的状况 ,改善面型。结论 平面导板 +Ⅱ类颌间牵引能有效地配合治疗安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错合 ,并能增加面下 1/ 3高度 ,使下颌向前移动 。

Objective To study the effect of flat bite plate and class II elastic in Edgwise appliance therapy on Angle class II division I. Methods 18 cases of Angle class II division I were treated with flat bite plate and class II elastic, the effects of which were analyzed by cephalometrics. Results Flat bite plate and class II elastic could open deep overbite effectively and elevate maxillary and mandibular molars significantly. Therefore,they could increase the height of lower 1/3 of face, induced the mandibular to move forward, correct mandibular retrognathia, and then improved the appearance. Conclusions Flat bite plate and class II elastic are similar to functional appliances because they can assist treatment on Angle class II division I effectively, increase the height of lower 1/3 of face and induce the mandibular to move forward.
