影响卵巢癌患者术后性心理改变因素的调查分析

Clinical Diagnosis of the Factors which Change the Sex Mentality of the Patients with Ovary Carcinoma after Operation

目的 评估卵巢癌术后患者性心理变化及婚姻质量 ,为卵巢癌患者及家属提供有针对性的心理社会干预和有效的整体护理。方法 采用自制的调查问卷表 ,对 5 0例术后 1个月以上 ,年龄在6 0岁以下的卵巢癌女性病人进行调查。结果 影响卵巢癌术后病人性心理因素有 :焦虑抑郁情绪、化疗疗程、临床躯体症状、医护支持、婚姻关系。结论 影响卵巢癌患者性心理因素有很多 ,在护理卵巢癌患者时有必要开展有针对性的心理社会干预 ,以尽可能地促进其身心健康 ,促进性功能恢复 ,提高生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the sex mentality change factors and the marriage quality of patients with ovary carcinoma after operation.And to supply pertinently psychological interference of society and the whole effective nursing.Methods 50 cases with ovary cancer after operation for over one month and the ages under 60 years old were researched with the home-made questionnaire. Results The factors of effecting sex mentality change of the patients with ovary carcinoma after operation were emotion of anxiety and blahs,period of chemotherapy,clinical symptom of body,auspice from doctors and nurses, and connection with marriage.Conclusions There are many factors which influence sex mentality change of the patients with ovary carcinoma after operation.we ought to develop pertinently psychological interference of society in nursing in order to advance body and mind health and renew the sex function of patients, and to advance quality of living.
