公众监督的实现与保障机制的建立,是有效遏制腐败、防止公共权力异化滥用的重要途径,也是在自觉 地实践“三个代表”重要思想。而“始终代表中国最广大人民的根本利益”是“三个代表”理论体系的逻辑起点与归 宿。
The realization of the public supervision and the establishment of the security system for it is an important way for effectively holding back corruption,preventing the public power from being alienated or misused,and it also constitutes the conscious practice of the important thought of 'Three-representative',among which, 'always representing the essential benefit of the mass of the people of China' is the logic starting point and the destination of the theoretical system of 'Three-presenting'.
