摘要
我们应从简单的规则主义法治观转变为复调的法治观。复调的法治观,以规则主义法治观为主旋律,以 法律家之治作为必要的伴奏乐。恰当的法律家之治可以弥补规则主义法治观的局限与不足。
We should change from the simply idea of the rule of law to the complex idea of the rule of law.The complex idea of the rule of law give first place to the rule by law,while making the rule of lawyer subsidiary.The rule of lawyer can make up for
the vseakness of the rule of law.
