摘要
提出一种能将输入的低压信号在短时内累积储能变换为能快速放电的电能 ,达到快速开通或关断IGBT模块的直流高压固体继电器 (SSR)新技术 ,该技术以不用偏置电压源而只用与IGBT隔离的低压信号就能直接控制SSR为特征。提出该技术方法的基本电路结构与设计方法 ;对此电路工作原理进行的理论分析 ,计算机电路仿真研究与实验验证 ,表明该技术可行且性能优良。
A novel technology for high voltage DC SSR is proposed, which can make low voltage signal energy cumulate in short time, and convert it to turn IGBT module on or off with discharge quickly. Feature of the technology is that makes the SSR control directly with the low voltage isolated signal without other biased voltage source. Basic circuit construction and the design method are presented, too. The circuit is analyzed theoretically, simulated with computer, and verified Experimental testing results indicate that the technology is feasible with better performance.
