构建我军武器装备限费设计模式新议

A New Research on DTC of Army Weaponry

高技术武器装备研制费用的大幅度增长,使世界各国都必须综合考虑武器装备的质量、性能与费用间的关系;以全寿命费用估算为基础,确立科学合理的限费目标,并将该目标贯穿于以基线法为引线的限费设计(design-to-cost, DTC)流程;通过经常性的效能-费用权衡,最终选定效能、费用最佳结合的武器装备系统研制方案;该方案提出的推进武器装备限费设计主要措施有较好的参考价值.

With the quickly increasing of equipments′ researching costs, it must comprehensively consider the quality, performance and fare of equipments. It establishes rational LCC goal based on the LCC estimation and uses it in the whole DTC(design-to-cost) process that is leaded by the baseline. And by constant cost-performance tradeoffs, the army will select the best program combining the cost and performance best. The measures of weaponry DTC put forward by the program are valuable.
