The paper firstly analyzes the structure characteristics and the applications of Carbon-nano-tube and mono-Electronic tube of the nano-electronic devices. Then, points out the problems in the applications of Carbon-nano-tube and mono-Electronic tube. Finally, applications and prospect of nanotechnology in military affairs and aerospace are proposed.
